New Year, New Site

Over the past twelve months, EAI has been making changes. From organizational tweaks to a complete overhaul of the Rep Module, we're striving to stay ahead of the curve and provide our clients with strong tools to manage their business. Watching the evolution in the retail investment world gives us insight into what lies ahead and how we can be a part of it.

The upgraded Rep Module is a prime example. As daily operations move toward breakneck speed and people become more connected than ever, we saw a need for quick, on-the-go access to business. Our answer was a quick, on-the-go application that is compatible with man's new best friend--the mobile device. With the new Rep Module, brokers and agents have their clients' profile and portfolio information on hand at all times.

What's more, 2011 was marked by an innovative new customer satisfaction survey, a detailed business review for each and every client, and a revamped Web site. By putting the invaluable feedback from all three to use, our New Year's Resolution is to make 2012 our most groundbreaking year yet.

BISA Annual Convention

There are a few things that can be told for certain: The stock market will ebb and flow, your business will have to adapt, and EAI will be at the BISA Annual Convention to discuss ways to help you do just that. Last year, the conference saw more than 500 wealth management executives, sales managers and compliance officers from firms all over the country. As industry leaders for retail investment software, we know there is no better way to gain insight into how best to serve our community than to be active participants in their conversation.

At conferences in the past, our representatives have returned with requests such as improved transparency for compliance, which inspired the re-development of our 36-month mailer. The feature was upgraded into a fully automated process, from the first step of flagging changes to suitability profiles to the very last tack of printing addresses for the envelopes.
